"I have serviced my car here before, but this time the service felt much better. They created a WhatsApp group and shared videos of the oil, lubricants, and work being done, which added good transparency. Credit to Rahul Tomar for clear communication and on time delivery. Not sure if this happens at all Tata service centres, but this kind of transparency wasn’t there even 8,9 months ago. A good and positive change overall."

"⭐ 1 Star I had a very disappointing experience with Sagar Motors. Despite charging a high price for service, the basic issues I clearly mentioned were not addressed. The idol from my dashboard is missing. Wiper blades were not changed. Parking sensor issue remains unresolved. This kind of negligence raises serious doubts about the quality of service and repairs being done here. Customers trust service centers to take care of their vehicles honestly, but such careless handling and incomplete work is unacceptable. Definitely not expected from an authorized service center."

"On Sunday, 7th September 2025, I visited Sagar Motors Greater Noida West for an issue with my car’s CNG mileage. On a full 7.5 kg tank, my car was giving only ~70 km mileage. When we called the service center, they asked us to bring the car in for a free check-up. ➡ At the service center, they clearly said there would be no charges, since the car had only run 6000 km and the 3rd free service is still pending. They even gave us a zero-amount slip (attached). ➡ After waiting for 1.5 hours, they suddenly informed us that the car was “ready” but we now had to pay the bill. When we questioned this, they said they had done paid service — oil change, alignment, etc. ❌ This is completely fraudulent and misleading. Why was the oil changed when Tata recommends oil change only at 15,000 km? Why did they not inform about charges beforehand? How can a free service be converted into paid service without consent? This is nothing less than a scam to loot customers. 👉 Tata Motors, please take strict action against Sagar Motors Greater Noida West for such fraudulent practices.
